  : Very clean, perfect location to explore the city, and very friendly host.
  : Finding a parking space is a bit tricky, as it is for everyone in the city centre.

  : The apartmant has beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. The view is amazing. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa in the living room.
  : It seems that the owners have invested a lot in this beautiful apartment, but that the lady who is supposed to maintain it does not. It was not vacuumed, there was dust everywhere. The new shower was rusty, the dust in the bathroom was never cleaned. It's a shame that an apartment like this, in a beautiful place in the city center, is deteriorating and getting bad grades. The towels smelled.

  : The location of the apartment is very nice.
  : Several things that I believe need to be improved: It is really difficult to communicate with the owner, both in English and German. They do not reply any message in Booking.com. After some days without reply, I finally contacted them via Whatsapp. When I asked for address of the garage, they sent me twice wrong address and really not patent enough to explain. I guess maybe it is because of the language, they appeared to be kind of rude. I do not understand why sending the address of where I can park my car is so difficult for them. It took me 1h to just get the correct address of the garage. By the way, in description of their apartment in Booking, they have free parking. But later, I got informed that I need to pay for the parking and the garage is ~1 km away from the apartment. About the apartment, the blankets quilts and pillows are really in very bad quality, dirty and smelly. I have to say the apartment could be better with better owners.

  : Location with the direct access to city centre and all the famous water springs of Carlsbad, for the exceptionally good price. The price/value ratio is top! The manager is a very nice person and you can agree on some special requests as well. A very pleasant stay for a family of 2+2
