  : We drove up to the hotel and found that it was a very unsafe environment for us so we left. We are elderly and there were numerous undesirable people that made us feel very uncomfortable. Definitely not a place to go out after dark. We called Booking.com Customer Service and requested no cancellation fee and found another place to stay that was pet friendly. Still have not heard back from them or the property regrading no cancellation fee.

  : How quickly the staff made an effort to accommodate me after the disappointing room I was originally booked (on the 4th floor) in to with thirteen dead roaches on the floor, sink and tub. After management switched my room to the 3rd floor ( within 25 minutes) I was a little happier now. But when I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom there was a small roach crawling on the sink. NOT OKAY!!
  : Did not like the critters in my room, did not like how the front desk closes after certain hours, I needed towels and the widow was closed with a telephone number on it if you needed assistance. I called no answer the first time I had to call back again when the male answered the phone I had no idea of who I was talking to because he did not address himself as a representative for the hotel. I had to ask if this was the right number for the hotel. When I left in the morning ( before 8 am) the staff was not there to receive my room.key or ask me how my stay was. This was my first time visiting and my last.

  : I couldn’t even stay at the property because nobody was at the desk to let me in my room after I drove 6 hours from Georgia and was forced to get a separate hotel and I still haven’t received my refunf

  : There was a really bad and strong smell all over the building, once you get to the building you smell that in lobby, elevator, stairway and your room. I was there for 7 night and had to smell that during my stay.
