  : cleanness, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with washing machine, kitchen with appliances, comfort able sitting area, quiet and peaceful.
  : Internet was extremely bad, signals were limited to only to the main sitting area, the moment we go into rooms no wifi signals. last day we experienced the water shortage i.e., water was stopped in the washroom and kitchen, our check out time was 11:00AM and water was stopped at 9:30AM which made it challenging with 3 kids! Property manager said I dont care, you have to checkout at 11:00AM as I dont control the water!!

  : The apartments were really good, clean, and warm. Convenient bad.
  : I would add some spices, salt, sugar, and tea to the kitchen. It's not so expensive but it makes no sense to buy them for a few days.

  : The mattresses were horrible. We stayed for 4 nights but dread to take a rest or go to sleep. Although all the main sites and station was very near 400-600m to get there was I very steep climb. Not to recommend to older people or people who find it difficult to walk. Pre-warning would have helped us.

  : The location was good, 10-15 min walk to all tourist attractions and a quiet area. We felt safe even coming home late at night even with small children with us. The apartment was very clean and had both a full kitchen and washing machine. We arrived at 3am (after our flight was delayed) and the owner met us to let us in and orientate us. He was also available on WhatsApp the whole time.
  : The people in the apartment above us were very noisy one night and the walls felt paper thin, we could hear their whole conversation. The street the apartment building is on is very narrow street and can't be accessed by car's, any taxi or car service will drop you at the end of the road or even further then you will have to walk with all your luggage to the apartment. Though not the fault of the location, all of Istanbul's old town is cobbled roads, with no sidewalk and huge hills, not suitable for old people, or like us, someone with a stroller. We didn't need to leave for our flight until 6pm and there is a STRICT checkout time of 11am, the owner did arrange to have our luggage stored in his van until our car service came. There is only one ironing board and iron between several apartments so if someone is already using it when you need it you will have to wait.
