  : The staff is very helpful especially Ali and Faizan , the location is perfect nearby the tram station 5 minutes walk and the historical places is 10 minutes walk (Sultan Ahmed and Aya Sofia ) . The room equipped with kitchen tools if you want to cook in addition supermarket is 2 minutes apart and restaurant also so near. The hotel is so close to the sea side which provide a charming view see the attached video.
  : It has no elevator we were in the fourth floor , the reception help us for carrying our bags but for older people i think it could be a challenge . to reach the hotel you have to go through some stairs but this is the nature of most Istanbul areas

  : Good main bed, ac, clean, good price, friendly helpful staff. Ali stayed in touch with me, despite just having finished his shift, to help me find the hotel entrance as we arrived at 2 am and the entrance wasn't obvious. There were lots of posters but hotel name was not prominent to our sleepy weary eyes at midnight.
  : It is not clear if the tap water is drinkable. We ran out of our bottled water. But Faizan got us some as it was midnight. The third bed didn't have a good blanket. No English TV channel

  : good price-quality ratio the hotel is located in the Sultan Ahmet area, close to Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque the staff is very kind , special tks to mr Roberto!
  : they asked for 10 euros in cash for an additional child aged 3 years, although it is not specified on the website parking is done on the street or in the neighbors' yard for an amount of 10 euros per day the cleanliness is only on the surface

  : - Location is super good. You can walk to almost all the important sites and those you cannot are very easy to reach with an istanbulkart - Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for letting us print a few documents needed for our onward trip :-) - Good value for money
  : - Bathroom is really really small - Rooms are not soundproof - Yes the room is fully equipped with cookware and cutlery but there is no stove so you cannot cook - I would not say it is a quiet area, in fact there is often noise until 01:00 and from 06:00 - Wi-Fi does not work extremely well but it suffices These things were not a big problem for us but it differs a bit from what it says in the description and I think that that could lead to misinformation
