  : About this hotel absolutely nothing
  : The staff in the first place:There was just one person in the hotel to do almost everything, except cleaning (thank God)!!!The personal was so rude and wont answer or replay to any of your requests, and above it all, he claims he can understand and speak English, where he understands nothing and barely knows like 5 words to communicate!!!The facility:In addition to the poor and dirty location, the beds were broken and the mattresses smelled bad and were totally uncomfortable.Besides all that, the toilet was also broken and you can't even take *** properly.

  : THE ROOM WE GET IS NOT THE SAME ONE WE SAW IN PIC . ALSO THE APPARTMENT BUILDING IS DIFFRENT FROM THE ONE WE BOOKED ,HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE A NICE VIEW AND THIS WAS NOT TRUE.

  : The location is close to sultanahmet area, and many sights like Haja Sophia and Blue Mosque
  : The staff are absolutely rude, the rooms are tiny uncomfortable and unclean. The AC turns off every few minutes and you have no control over the temperature of the water in the bathroom. Theres only a receptionist and a cleaning lady, both gave us treatment Ive never experienced in my whole life from hotel staff. not even the bare minimum of decency towards another person, not even a guest. In addition, the receptionist tried to blackmail us and told me his boss would fire him if I dont put a 10/10 review right now and repeated his request 2 times - hence the review you see on Booking, which does not reflect the truth. The hotel doesnt have a bathroom outside the rooms, so if youre city-hopping like us and you need to leave your luggage and change quickly before you take your bus to the next city, it will not be possible.
