  : The only good thing was the location.
  : I booked for a twin bed room, got only a smaller, single bed room, and had to change from one room to another of the same characteristics in the middle of my two-day stay. I didn't get any discount, as the staff could barely speak a few words in English, all they were saying is "sorry", and blaming the manager. The picture of the front part of the hotel doesn't match the reality, and many of the commodities they claim to have, they don't. My room didn't have air conditioner, but just a fan. There was no safety box, hygienic conditions were far from ideal. There must certainly be better options for the price they offer. I think they should call themselves "hostel" instead of "hotel".

  : I booked a room with private toilet but they gave me a shred toilet room for two days. Then they moved me to a room on the roof next to the washing machine which was working all the day. They compensated me with 40tl only for the 2 days in a shared room. The TV wasnt working although I told them many times. I stayed for 8 days and visited Istanbul many times but this hotel was the worst. Its terrible.
