  : The location of the hotel was good. The view from the breakfast area on the top floor is amazing.
  : There is only one elevator and it is slow

  : The location was great, not too far from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and tramway links.The food in the local area (SultanAhmet) is mostly mediocre, not great and majority restaurants have fake reviews (beware) but we found the best dinner we had during our stay in Istanbul was actually at the hotel at Zeugma Steakhouse! The service was really good too and the room we stayed at was nice and spacious.Would definitely stay here again.
  : On a couple of days there was a foul smell through the bathroom which I think only happened when there was bad weather. I imagine it must be the same for all hotels when it rains and the drain smells?

  : Great location for a first visit in the heart of the Great sites you will be seeing Can see Hagia Sophia and blue mosque from roof top terrace restaurant ..so close to the grand bazaar etc Central for ferry terminal (15 min walk) and tram stopTopkapi place is around a 10 min walk Bedroom was small but clean and comfortable room with wardrobes safe mini bar ..tea/coffee etc ..en suite was fine ..lovely shower Reception staff helpful and I formative ..Furkan was good st explaining locations of everything and other useful info ..always smiling Breakfast was good nice selection if you like Continental and chef on hand to cook hot food ..excellent Smoking terrace outside main restaurant on roof top which is a fantastic viewing platform ...everyone smokes in istanbul so be prepared for this Air con in room works and was needed
  : Noisy neighbours in other rooms , if you have someone who isn't considerate with loud TV, noisy toilet habits and can't shut doors quietly forget a good night's sleep. On the plus side no noise from outside other than occasional.car horn or dog barking . Lift is quiet as well ..my room was opposite lift but no many rooms on each floor so not too bad at all

  : The location is wonderful. Close to many historical sites, shops, restaurants.
  : Is really a 3 star hotel. The website makes it look like better then it really is.

  : The location is excellent, you have to walk only a couple of minutes to the Cistern and Aghia Sofia. The rooms are not very large, but are cosy. The staff is very friendly and helping. The breakfast has a large variety of local cheese, some main dishes and salad bar. It is not very different from day to day, but you always can find something tasty. The view from the restaurant is stunning
  : The only thing, that was not perfect - the glasses in one of our rooms were a little bit dirty and the first day the bathroom has a weird smell, that disappeared on the second day
