  : The location was great and staff attentive and even let us check in to the room early.
  : The room was outdated unfortunately we was not able to experience a room on a higher floor with the amazing views. The breakfast was also poor imo. But what really let us down was the airport transfer that was organized. The staff mentioned that the company taxi drivers they have won’t rip us off and go by meter and we won’t have any problems. Unfortunately the driver did not want to put on the meter and gave me a ultimatum do you want the 1hr journey or 1hr:40mim journey saying he wanted almost 3 times the price which it should be to take me the quick route, he constantly complained about traffic. I had to pay what he wanted this as he got aggressive with me and my wife- this reflects badly on the hotel as i did not expect this from them.

  : The hotel downgraded us in the room. I was there in March already and asked for the room and they confirmed me something, which they did not remember in the real stay in August. Room was still ok. But the downgrade was not ok.You will not find any prices for the Rooftop Restaurant. For a good reason: The prices are extremely high, even for Istanbul Downtown. We were in the wonderful 360 Istanbul Restaurant in Galata, which offers much better quality on food and a wonderful show. At lower prices compared to this Rooftop Restaurant in the AND Hotel.They organize expensive taxi transfers. When moving from IST to the ghotel, it was halt the price compared to the was to the airport. The taxi drivers aded some "tolls" to the price. But we drove only on toll-free roads (I drove already many thousands of KM in Turkey). I think, these "Tolls" are some kind of provision to the hotel.

  : The location of the hotel is superb, the staff were very helpful and polite. Specially Ugur, Bilal, Murat and Taha. Special thanks to Ugur who managed to change our room based on our request.The hotel has a beautiful view!
  : I really didn't like the smell of the water at the bathroom.

  : The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the mosques, Topkapi Palace, supermarkets, you can hear the prayer call, close to alot of food eating places, money exchange and nice outside seating area on bench infront of the hotel. Staff are friendly.
  : The breakfast at the hotel is very basic, same old everyday, not much variety being buffet. They served chips for breakfast every other day which was very unusual. Some times you find the food trays empty and have to approach waiters to ask them to refill. Found alot of alcohol bottles displayed in the breakfast area and on the top panaromic roof restaurant which is uncomfortable. The restaurant on top i found expensive.
