  : The hotel is in an excellent location, close to a tram line which you can use to get into the city center fast. Besides one person, the staff was amicable and helpful, which we needed because of our three kids. We arrived by car to Istanbul and the hotel is close to a big parking lot (ISPARK 5 min walk) but as far as I could see the hotel is in a no-entry zone by car, Keep this in mind. The breakfast included a lot of options from daily soup (for breakfast! strange :) ) to scrambled eggs and local salads. The view from the restaurant is stunning.
  : We booked a family room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) but first, we did not receive what we expected. The family room has one king-size bed and one small bed. As this does not serve 4 persons I thought that the sofa bed seen in the room pictures would be there but it was not, it did not have a sofa bed and it was a smoking room although I asked for a non-smoking one. We mentioned this to the receptionist who tried to convince me that the room I booked and I received were the same. When I showed the booking.com pictures to him we were offered another room with a sofa bed. We accepted it but it was still a downgrade considering that the first room was on the 7th floor with a view while the second room was on the first but basically, it had a basement's view. After occupying the room we asked for another bed sheet that we could put on the sofa bed. The receptionist refused to give us one saying that a further sheet does not belong to the room's appliances. It was very strange to say at least considering that the room was booked as a 4-person family room and we had 3 bed sheets. We then noticed that there are only 2 towels. Although the receptionist promised to provide towels those never arrived... We had to take towels and a bed sheet from the service room next door for ourselves. The whole story is strange considering its an otherwise nice 4-star hotel. The breakfast was from 7 to 10, ends early but no big deal. Strange however, that the waiters immediately put away all food and appliances right at 10'o clock if you arrived relatively late like we did (did I mention we have three small kids?) you had to pile food onto your plate because if you did not there were no second rounds. Again, no big deal just not used to it.
