  : The staff are very friendly and professional, they are helpful, and can speak different languages. the location is amazing, near the tram, which can connect to all locations in Istanbul. the rooms are clean, service is awesome, and great breakfast and location.
  : the neighborhood is clean, there were some stereo noises till midnight. the doors are sound proof, but since the stereo from the shops under are high sound it was a bit annoying, but not always.

  : The only good thing that came out of this was it was next to the metro line and tram, the quest was to get on the metro seems like the entire population of the world is visiting and there is no space to fit in the tram. Some decent food places are next to it, but if you need to walk to the center it's a good 20 min to Blue Mosque if you walk at a good pace. The check was oka as apparently I could not opt out of getting the breakfast refunded as there is no system.
  : The list is very extensive and I would be grateful if you read into it properly, I have been coming to Istanbul for business and leisure for the past 14 years of my life , I usually stay around the Sultanhmet Area or Lalile area as I am more use to or comfortable with the area. I always try new hotels to get a feel of the place and get a new experience, I have seen my set of horrible and very good hotels, this is one I categorise as a disaster. I completely miscalculated the hotel location as it was very last minute and the price at the time of booking felt right but once I stayed , it was not worth the penny spend.The room was like 10feet from.the door to.the window. I do understand rooms in Istanbul are small but this was not just small it was horrible to live in, the space to move was literally 1 foot, the light in the room was too dim, the bathroom was too small, the only thing comfortable was the bed. This was a single bed room with a over size Queens bed in It.The hotel had literally no amenities, except a massage center which they were desperate to sell to me, $40 for everything. Not sure wht I would do for 40 dollars but I was definitely scared to move to.the second basement. Except Breakfast service the place had no restaurant service lunch or dinner, the have menu but they would order in for you ????Other then sleeping the place does not fall under a 4 star hotel, rather a 2 or 3 star. But the worst had to come, I requested the taxi to the airport, as my flight was late at 1040 pm I requested them for a late checkout, which they categorically refused pertaining to a full house?? The were empty no guest at all even agoda and booking.com were showing room availability for 1 week clear, giving me a a few hrs would not have hurt there business. Most of the hotels if they don't have occupancy usually accommodate guest with an hr or two, they were clear.
