  : We were given a rundown room, with a non functional fridge , not mini bar as in what I booked for.After I complained, the room was changed to a very small room not what I paid for.Airconditioner not working.We had no choice than to leave our windows opened even at night.Internet was also very bad in the room the room they changed us to.My son refer to the hotel as discomfort hotel.

  : We did not get what we booked at all. The room was not the one we booked. Our room was cleaned only on the first day, after that no one cleaned. The breakfast is bad, only the coffee is ok. Overall, we didn't get what we expected.

  : This hotel is really bad. It is not possible for this hotel to get any stars, it should definitely be inspected by the Ministry of Tourism. (They say they are 4 stars) The hotel is dirty in general, but the condition of the rooms is very bad, the toilet, bathroom and beds are disastrous, the tears on the bedspreads have been patched. It is impossible to leave this hotel without catching a virus. They say they give breakfast but they don't give anything edible. It is impossible to understand how such terrible service is given to tourists who have come to their country as guests. And of course there is no ventilation in the room and the air conditioner does not work. Of course, it is not possible to sleep in such conditions at 35 degrees. A disgraceful hotel
