  : Centrally located the room was very clean comfortable and well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly helpful courteous. I had not booked breakfast and was offered complimentary breakfast for the duration of the stay. The breakfast offered a wide range of hot and cold Turkish dishes and the one day I had breakfast appreciated the good quality.
  : The TV was not accessible without a special device which requires a cash deposit. Having said that being in Istanbul leaves with little time to watch TV so it was not an issue.

  : The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms and the pool were very clean.
  : The temperature in the room was a bit hard to adjust. I woke up from the heat 2 times during the night. The pool closes early at 10pm so it's hard to enjoy after a long day. I didn't get to try the breakfast because I was running late for a tour at 7:30 but it all look great and plenty of variety.

  : The hotel has a good location. Nice views is something you should not expect, but it is within walking distance to Taksim Square where you can go for shopping or take public transport to more sightseeing.The breakfast was good.Easy fast check in and check out.Staff was always very helpful, friendly and honest. I really liked how they went to my room to return me 5$ of extra money for the tour we had taken.There are good spa facilities and they are not crowded. You can almost always expect to have the whole pool or sauna to yourself. Good massages are available for a reasonable price.Room keeping service was daily, everything was clean, water was always restocked free of charge. Rooms also have very convenient "Do not disturb" buttons.
  : It is not really something very bad, but the shower gels and shampoo supplied in rooms could be of a bit better quality. I always rely on these as I never take mine when I travel. Just a suggestion for hotel owners to reconsider their suppliers.
