  : The AC barely works. Understandably it is cold outside, but that certainly doesnt mean I forgo the right to set an appropriate temperature in my room. The default setting is warm and any amount the tinkering with the AC control has no effect. Add to the thick duvet in the room, one only ends up sweating through the night, leading to lack of quality sleep and a miserable day ahead. Matter of fact, we even ended up changing rooms due to different bookings. The second room was no better. Any complaints to the staff is met with a hard-core stone faced response. With staff, including the managers showing an element of empathy, my response to the stay would have a lot better. Pathetic front desk staff and for those in the hospitality industry, a Big Zero for their understanding of the issue, not withstanding the language barrier. House keeping was very average too, with them undercutting the requirements in a room of triple occupant. Had to constantly call to replenish basic toiletries and coffee sachets, including water bottles. Their way of doing it is to just provide the bare minimum of one of two, and upon calling, will be told that any extra will be chargeable. Never mind the triple occupancy charges, but to provide 3 coffee sachets, they will over charge us. We were glad to be checking out as soon as possible. Good riddance, Konak and your staff

  : I've stayed in this hotel not first time, and almost every my visit in Istanbul choose this accommodation. Convenient location, attentive stuff, clean and spaceful comfortable rooms.
