  : Great location, very friendly and helpful stuff, there are cattle in the rooms and coffee and tea. Breakfast was good
  : we stay in a suit which was much smaller than the pictures and there were no windows. The windows open to a pipe. I felt uncomfortable with having no fresh air and light in the room. Apart from that all was good.

  : It was not comfortable at all, breakfast was minimum and low quality. Backside rooms have no natural light, looks like a storage room. It is far from historic areas. One of the receptionists coned us 2000 Lira for the Taxi for a 200 Lira distance and did not return the money.

  : Worse place to stay for claustrophobic people, you may get a room in the basement, and the breakfast space is not any different, plus the breakfast was not nice, very little options.

  : I booked a suite, but they put us in a basement room and said it was a suite even though it was obviously a different room. The next day we were moved to the paid room by another receptionist.

  : the people of the Hotel were very friendly anf helpeful however all the mistakes came and no one was there to handle them
  : We had a resevation and they reply to us saying that thet are waiitng but arriving at the hotel they didnt know about it . We send the exact time of our arrival and they didnt had a room. We reserce a room for two adults a 4 months baby and our eleven old kid.Our chlidren had to use the second place of our room . After some time they found a place for us We specificly asked for a baby bed for our baby .The hotel confirm it and upon our arrival they never brouht it Never received so our nany slept with us Tollet papar ,sheets for our kids or toweles for both our children ,nowhere . Thet arrived later with a promise of a discount for all the inconvenience The first night we had to use 2 bathroom towels 4 persons He had 2 extra towels the second night after we asked about it twice(after breakfast at 8am and aorunf 22.00pm) I can say only this,bad managment and lack of experience from the owners
