Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Location was perfect, only a short walk from the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofiya. Breakfast was on the 4th floor from where we had a beautiful view of the Hagia Sofia. I have attached a photo of the view from the 4th floor.
  : Breakfast could have been better, it was same every morning and didn't have a wide range from choose from. But it was for the price we paid for the accomodation.

  : The room was exactly as in the pictures. Spacious, air conditioned, and street view. And of course I want to thank them for taking us to throw away all the packaging from the things we bought.
  : The breakfast menu was very simple and the same for the entire period (6 days).

  : The location was very good. It was a 5 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia Mosque and 3 minute walk to take the tram.
  : We arrived and we didnt expect our room to be that small. We chose the standard room and it was so small we could barely move in there so how would the economy room be then We didnt get water in our room. Cleaning service always came right after we had breakfast and we were dressing. It was very annoying because we always had to send her away because we werent ready. There are no cabinets in the bathroom to put your stuff away. No extra toiletpaper so sometimes we had to wait a day to get a new roll. They only cleaned the bed. I spilled juice a little on the table and they never cleaned it. Also we had to eat breakfast in the hotel room once because someone was feeling sick and they didnt take the dirty plates , we had to take them back upstairs ourselves. We paid more than 500 so we expected better service, a bigger room and nice people but the people were also very silent and unclear. I have been in a lot of hotels in Istanbul but ive never had such bad experience as now. I do not recommend this place. There are way better hotels in the area.Our view was also a building right infront of our window. The room always smelled like cigarettes.We also had trouble with our door. We never could normally open our hotel door. It got stuck all the time and we had to push so hard. Overall I was not happy and not satisfied. I wouldnt even pay 100 to stay there.

  : The staff were amazing! They were nice, helpful and joyful people. They speak good English and were taking good care of the cats around the hotel. Breakfast is included. Daily cleaning service.
  : The bathroom. The door handle was broken, as well as the shower facility. It did cause some discomfort, but it was nothing dramatic or worth making a problem.
