: Very well appointed property including induction hob which took a bit of getting used to! Superb "welcome" breakfast pack with little extras such as chocolates and a bottle of bubbly. Fantastic "monsoon" shower and very comfy bed. Nice big tv to watch the Euros on with good sound system. Loved the garden space with wonderful view of the impressive village church which was lit up on our last night. Did two lovely circular walks from the property leaving the car safely privately parked. Highly recommend a meal in the "Crown" pub which is a very short walk away - best to book a table. The "Angel" also has good reviews but was closed for refurbishment when we were there. Finally, a shout-out to all the locals who were super friendly.
: Wasn't keen on one of the sofas which was quite low.

: Everything about the cart lodge was lovely, spacious for two people, outlook over the garden and the village church beyond, homely, cosy and the welcome package the owner had for your arrival was good and totally unexpected. The bed was very comfortable and the room with a high ceiling gives you a nicely aired room.
: The seating in the lounge is very modern laid back sofa's, which isn't totally suiting to anyone with back problems.
