  : The room was probably the worse room I have stayed in ever. I was charged £165 for aTiny room with no TV and no air-conditioning. It was tiny.

  : The staff, car parking, room was fine and a fan was already in situ. And needed as the corridor and room were quite hot and airless. We were also able to open the window about 6 centimetres, which also helped airflow. We both slept quite well, and the 11 o'clock departure was a kindness The girl on the desk kindly got a sheet for us to sleep under as the duvet was at least tog 10! She was charming and professional. Bearing in mind, you were fully booked, the hotel noise was pleasantly muted and latterly, quiet. The bed was really comfortable.
  : Wasn't expecting to have a shower curtain and not a glass partition in a 4 star hotel Hopefully, that's in your plans for the future. A couple of bottles of water would also have been a nice touch. Duvet tog would have cause heatstroke! X

  : Location, the hotel itself is beautiful, staff friendly and gave free brunch for problems with the room.
  : The window only opened 3 inches in 31 degree heat, no air con, it was very hot and stuffy and unpleasant, almost unbearable, to be in the room even with the fan. The sink plug was jammed in so we couldn't use the sink and had to use the kettle to sluice murky water out of it into the bath- not what you expect to do for £100 per night.

  : Good location overlooking a pond. however, our room was at the rear so did not have a good view.
  : The room was on the second floor and there was no lift, only a set of old steep steps, lots of doors - difficult to navigate with luggage.The temperature in the room was unbearable. Our fan wasn't working and after requesting we were eventually provided with a new one. However, it provided limited relief and found it very difficult to sleep due to the temperature.Some areas of the hotel - corridors, bedroom, were run down and would benefit from upgrading. The walls were badly marked, black mould in the bathroom and the chair in the bedroom was badly stained. When using the iron provided it blew the fuse of the sockets in the room and we were unable to use the sockets until it was fixed.There was no fridge in the room to keep drinks / bottles of water in, which was needed as it was very warm.
