  : Room was freezing, even with heating on. Had to sleep with both duvet covers on with legs against the heaters. Listening to other guests partying all night and then throwing up. The room was that cold that its caused a chest infection and Im now on steroids from the doctor, have had to miss work due to being unwell after staying here. 2 radiators in the room that gave no heat and there was an electric heater that hadnt been pat tested since 2019 and smelt of burning when put on. Had to leave early as it was that cold and too noisy to get a sleep

  : The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We booked a small double but it had everything we needed and was very clean. The breakfast was very good.

  : Two double rooms book. One double and one single when we arrived! The single was on the ground floor. They tried to charge us for two doubles and they gave us a refund when challenged.
