  : The bread was white whilst we were toasting it we noticed a cereal dish on one of the tables the dish had been there so long that the cereal had glued both together, when you lifted the spoon the dish came with it. We left without eating the toast or refreshment.
  : We could not get into our room so were given another one - there was not enough tea and milk so we went and got some more - the ceiling fire alarm was wrapped in plastic - we assume so the occupants could smoke - no-one had noticed when cleaning the room - the rooms window was held open with the blind and they were filthy. We parked in the street we were told that there was not a parking attendant. The car park was blocked by a car and it did not seem that it could be removed so that we could use it.

  : The loud music played loud enough made bed shake until after 11oclock at night.no coffee,milk or water.one very small bottle of water that was not sealed just reused the bottle.no signal for TV,no light bulb in bedside lamp.cutains hanging off,feels like big holes in floor under carpet.flimsy locks on door resulting having to put a set of drawers behind door.what is advertised is false.no WiFi,an photo of the kettle, coffee,tea,sugar an milk, biscuits none existent.just the kettle.it should be stated that loud music will be played till late at night in the bar.no breakfast or any meal's do they serve.the only plus you have your own bathroom.it was a good job I took my own coffee an milk powder with me which I took so I could make a flask up to take with me during the day.this property is stating false information an ripping people off

  : The room was immediately above the public bar on a Saturday night. The music was very loud until quite late.

  : manager was friendly but on the defensive. Basic, dated facilities but it was a one night stay.
  : they were upfront about the heating but did not expect not to see any staff member on the Sunday morning. We left without seeing anyone about 10.30 you said 65 he took 70, I thought this was as he had gone the extra to provide heating. Probably would have been better if he closed the bookings until repairs had been done.

  : The shower was not working. The kettle was so dirty and with such a thick layer of limescale that it was dangerous to use it. No shower, no tea. Cannot say it was a comfortable stay.

  : Location great. My husband grew up in the area, so we were under no illusions to where we were going to stay. But the brown water from the hot tap and the dripping tap for a shower (which was also brown water), was just too much to tolerate. Thank god we have family in Invergordon where we could go get a shower and breakfast.
  : We were there for a family funeral. The fact we didn't have clean water was really stressful on an already stressful couple of days. The brown water was not a one off. All the locals know about it, it's been the same for years. We will not return. The place is straight out the 1980s, very tired and everything you could imagine from a horror movie! The comments of 5* for this place must be fake and they clearly did not stay in this hotel. At best this is a working mens hotel. The smell of stale urine at the reception is a clear indication of what your about to experience in this place.. Will not return and looking for a refund!
