  : The kettle in our room was not working. Had to ask to replace a kettle but nothing was given. Towels were not given when left outside our room to have

  : The location is very close to Interlaken West station. The staff response very quickly and nice. The kitchen provide everything you need for making and eating food.
  : CLEANLINESS : there are too many people using the same shower room and toilet. It smells really bad and so dirty. ROOM : my room was located at the basement, in front of the shared kitchen. Everytime we open our door, the smell from the kitchen will come in to our room, and the ventilation of the kitchen is terrible. SHOWER : there are only 2 shower rooms for the whole hostel and only 1 toilet, making it dirty, wet, and sometimes to crowded. SMELL : everytime i got out of my room, there will be stinky smell from the kitchen and the refridgerator that is very close to our room. there should be more cleaning staff and clean these area more often. There are no elevator.

  : The location is very good but the road was closed and we needed to find a way to get there, the beds were good and clean, the bath was good and strong the park was safe.
  : I found some spiders on the ceiling, it was too small but they should clean it, they didn't leave our towels and when i asked they bring it late, when we arrived there was no one in the reception we needed to call them and someone came to the reception with the key

  : The location is near by the train station. And the kitchen is very convenient and full-equipped. Strong hot water system is a plus
  : Check in time is a little bit late but they have a place for you to stow your luggage.

  : The location is great, so closed to interlaken west station, one McDonald's and many supermarkets. It's on a very quit street. The bed is really comfortable and clean.
  : The sound isolation is really bad, i can clearly hear People talking next door. Lack of sockets, and all of them are Swiss standard, It's very inconvenient.
