  : The location is perfect - 8-15 mins away to Train stations (Interlaken West and Ost). The breakfast was excellent - there were plenty of options to choose from.

  : Unfriendly staff, poor bedding, poor breakfast, thin walls, my door was left open after the cleaning staff finished cleaning my room. Extremely noisy staff, unfriendly couldnt care less about the customers. I do not recommend this hotel for the elements mentioned above and many more

  : We stayed for two days and there were two front desk staff. The gentleman was very nice. But the female front desk employee was indifferent and didn't want to pay attention to anyone.

  : The layout of the hotel was good, the staff were helpful, especially Lucia from the reception. The room was large and clean.
  : According to the room conditions, there should have been an electric kettle, but there was not.

  : Do not get deceived by the photos they advertise on the website. I booked a double room through booking.com and was given a room in the roof. When asked this was not what was advertised they could not care less.You will barely have space to move around in the room or even open your luggage.Toilet is extremely small and you will struggle to even get the toilet paper.Please do not spend your hard earned money at this hotel.The staff serving breakfast was rude. We were there at 9am and there was not much food left for breakfast. When asked to refil we were told it's what ever that's left. Breakfast was meant to end at 9.30am.No idea why would anyone Install a light right above your head ( see photo) hit ourselves multiple times when trying to get up.Have attached the real photos of how the room looks like so you are aware.DO NOT GET DECIEVED BY THEIR PHOTOS!! AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE A PLAGUE!!!
