  : I love historic hotels, so the decor and such was so wonderful for me. I had a very relaxing bath. When I checked in, the receptionist was welcoming and gave me good advice (I told her what I was planning to do and she made suggestions for other things I could do and affirmed me of my plan. Ex: the street food festival was in town, she reminded me to go and it was amazing.) Overall I just had an amazing weekend getaway. They held my bags for me for the day when I checked out. I wish I could say something about breakfast, but unfortunately I set my alarm for 10am and it closed at 10am - that's my mistake. I bet it was good based on other reviews...
  : On the day of my checkout, housekeeping knocked on my door and opened the door at 10:45. I did not appreciate that. If checkout is at 11am, then they should wait until 11am. As someone who has worked in housekeeping, I understand why they do this, and I think it is okay to knock as soon as it becomes 11:00, especially since they have such a short turnaround time with a 2pm check in. However, I think it is important to respect the guest by waiting until 11am.

  : The lobby is lovely!! Love it so much! The breakfast is great! I can have good views at breakfast if I take a seat near the window. The staffs are friendly and patient.
  : I thought it was close to Interlaken station, but actually it is another station called Interlaken West. I takes me some time going to Interlaken station.

  : Well located, easy access, staff at front desk is friendly.
  : In the add they mention fast speed WiFi, but you barely can connect, and if youre lucky enough to connect, the connection is super slow. This is unacceptable in 2024!The building is old and you can hear the guests in the other rooms. The mattress is of very poor quality - and this is unacceptable as well, no matter how old is the building.

  : Triple Room - Excellent corner room with 2 balconies providing great views overlooking canals & mountains. Great location with easy access from train station being approx 200m. Breakfast was basic but nice. Close to restaurants & shops.
