  : Location was great, only a few minute walk to the train station. Staff were super friendly and gave us great recommendations for food and activities. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was exactly what we needed.

  : A Hobbit size room but it does the job. The restaurant staff were friendly. The location is awesome only 5 min walk to Interlaken West Train station.

  : Location is good, First look of the room is good. View from room is also nice. Possible to see the mountains view of Interlaken. Walking distance from Interlaken West Train station and city centre.Bus stop is also newrby.
  : During my three-night stay, I endured incessant disturbances throughout the night, primarily due to inadequate noise insulation. The wooden floors of the upper levels allowed for constant noise from guests walking, snoring, and using facilities such as showers and toilets. This lack of soundproofing made it impossible for me to sleep peacefully, raising serious concerns about the quality of the hotel and the efficacy of regulatory checks. Furthermore, unpleasant odors emanating from the toilets further detracted from the overall experience. On the day of checkout, I encountered additional inconveniences, including a lack of internet connectivity and hot water, rendering it impossible for me to take a comfortable shower. Moreover, the breakfast menu was subpar, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel left much to be desired. Non-functioning bedside lights and unclean floors further underscored the hotel's poor maintenance standards.
