  : The property management was absolutely awful during the hurricane, didn't provide any service or communication. The property is not safe. The room was filled with roaches everywhere, we couldn't sleep at night during the time with no power, it was a nightmare

  : I booked one night through booking.com. it was only $53 then I went and got another night with the motel and they charged me $70 for the second night. I had no electricity at my house and there was no other motel available under $100 so I took it. The room was dirty & roaches everywhere. I had no hot water or a working TV. We just had a storm so I can understand the TV because they were waiting on Comcast to reconnect them. I really think they should have told me that though from the beginning. When I got in the room the remote had no batteries. I went to the office and they gave me batteries for a remote for a TV that doesn't work and said nothing. I found out about Comcast from my neighbor. Then I discovered that there was no hot water. I went back to the office to let them know and they acted surprised and said they would send maintenance. My husband went down there and told them we had no hot water and they acted surprised again and told him they would send maintenance. Nobody ever showed up!! So I had no TV or hot water for my two night stay. The second night my key did not work. After four trips to the office they finally sent maintenance to open the door. The maintenance man was very nice & helpful. This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at!!
