  : We arrived at the door to see them locked and a hand written sign on them saying they are cancelling all booking for the day due to the hurricane that’s passed through on the Monday but they did not bother to call us prior (we were travelling internationally) and have not been advised whether we will receive a refund for the room that we didn’t get to stay in. We spent the night sleeping in the airport because anything that was open was booked

  : The front desk was slow and very uninformative. Could not answer simple questions about the area and dining nearby. The place was very dirty. There was a strong odor from the time I walked into the front door. Leaky ceiling and buckets placed throughout the hall. Carpet was disgusting. Needed a good cleaning. Chain lock on door had been removed. Didn't complete my stay. Went elsewhere.
