  : Receptionist plain and simple did not want me to cancel my second night. She kept on telling me manager was not available and did not cancel my second night on her end, even though I repeatedly asked her about it.

  : The girl who checked us in was super friendly. Too bad thats the only nice thing I can say about the place.
  : The halls and lobby were stifling bc their AC was out. It worked in room thankfully. Bed was not comfortable. Not even a little. Second night I slept on couch and it was a little better. Breakfast was not offered. Since I couldnt sleep (hard bed), I went down a little after 7am to grab some goodies. There were no goodies. No juice. No nothing. The guy behind the front desk said, Marriott is re-evaluating their menu, so were not doing breakfast. Hrmm. Thats odd. Considering the lady that checked us in the night before told me there was breakfast. And I seriously doubt Marriott corporate sent out a memo between 7pm on Friday when we checked in, and Saturday morning at 7am. I know I was lied to. And I dont like being lied to. I never got a final bill. So I have no idea how much Im being charged and for what. The lady behind the counter Sunday morning couldnt shoo me away fast enough. Shower conditions: Plenty of pressure, but you have to like warm/hot water. If I would have turned the knob any further right, the water would have turned off. So your dial goes from off to we left this bucket outside in the hot 105 degree Texas heat, let us pour it on you now. Used to be an awesome place, but we wont be returning. Even if nothing else were wrong, the beds were just too dang hard.

  : It was easily accessible to 610 & our event. The front desk agent was welcoming, friendly & accommodating. (Mason) Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. I do suggest that housekeeping leave extra bath towels & hand towels.

  : The room wasn't clean. The staff wasn't able to provide us with enough clean towels. I had to ask for clean towels several times and the response was or staff called out so we don't have anymore clean towels and there's nothing we can do about it.
