  : • Temperature of the pool • location •availability of towels
  : * when first attempting to get in i had to use a side entrance because the from was packed with construction equipment and giant ventilators. With all the cones and temporary fencing it was difficult to find the parking garage. * The back entrance was sketchy and unwelcoming.* The employees were snappy and unwelcoming. * The moment I walked into the room I was hit with this damp smell which reeked the whole room. * Bottom drawer in room is off of its hinge.* Blue nail polish left on one of the office tables* No trash bags on any of the garbage cans* Curtains soak through if water pressure is direct on curtains. * 2/3 TVs we had did not work.* Did not have Sink caps so you see the gunk down the drain. * Soaps not properly refilled * A empty dirty glass with lime outside of door in one room* One room did not come with a do not disturb sign* One rooms thermostat came with corroded batteries * No mini fridge or microwave* checking in at 3pm so late in the day* unsteadiness of elevator
