  : Property Location was amazing. staff was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable and frequently checked to see if there was anything they could do to make my stay more pleasurable. Rooftop Pool/ Deck is the best part, although it gets very busy past 10am and evenings. Lots of great food on the Hollywood strip Although expensive! Would stay again through the Costa directly not through Stay Sol.
  : My room had markings all throughout the room. almost like scratches from kids or moving furniture maybe. I was very disappointed that I paid the amount I did for the Cosmetic condition of the room to be the way it was. when I initially walked in I was impressed until I saw the markings on several of the walls. Almost made me feel like I was staying in a shanty hotel. I was only given one roll of toliet paper for the week and 4 bath towels for the 6 nights I was there. The was also a little dusty and felt like it needed to be swept so I took the wet wipes I had and wiped down the floor. daily housekeeping would have been nice.

  : The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. Having 2 chairs available everyday at the ocean was a plus. Staff was nice and polite. The hotel was clean inside and outside.
  : The room only comes with 4 bathing towels. No pool towels. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights so when we asked the hotels front desk for additional towels they were not allowed to give us any due to the room being individually owned. The hotel did not have a laundry room or we wouldve just washed them ourselves. When we contacted our host several times about towels it took the 3rd email to explain to us that he could offer us additional towels as a courtesy. There was only 1 fork, 2 knives, 1 garbage bag, etc.We booked this hotel because it looked to have a great pool, but the water was so cloudy you couldnt see the bottom. Maybe it was the humidity or weather but all the other swimming pools in the area had crystal clear water. The set up was really good with tons of seating on the roof. The sad thing about booking a place that does not disclose everything up front is they have your money and they will not offer anything in return for all the inconveniences. They get one less customer.

  : Beautiful location/Hotel.
  : This establishment is a Hotel but also has private apartments, the hotel declines its responsibilities on the reservations of private apartments. While on booking we do not see any difference between the two types of rentalsWhen we arrived we were told that the reservation is not in the system because it is not the hotel but private apartments. We were told to come back later until he contacted the owner. 6 hours later same problem no one worked on our reservation during this time. Another hour to get the owner, send passport photos.The hotel sends lots of emails after your reservation, asking you to sign a rental contract etc. But declines all responsibility for the emails sent. Good hotel, good location but the management of these two businesses is not up to scratch and deserves better management.
