: it was big, spacious, and clean.
: we were told we would have ocean view but instead we got a few of the buildings roof. we paid extra for this place because it advertises OCEAN VIEW. when we complained the owner called back and asked if we wanted a bay view instead, after we were already unpacked and everything. still, we disagreed because I didn’t pay for a bay view I paid for an ocean view like the pictures showed and the title showed. very misleading and disappointing. don’t book if you’re expecting an ocean view.

: since i got here the apartment was dirty and half clean with dirty sheets in there, pee in toilet, no shampoos, room curtain strip broken, and owner will only respond to pay but not to help you in anyway
: property was very poor condition walls dirty couch stained dirty etc.. communication with owner terrible only care about payment and thats it

: We loved the location of the condo, the proximity to the beach was perfect and we were lucky enough to get a partial beach view room. The rooftop pool was BEAUTIFUL and the views at nighttime were absolutely stunning.
: The parking was a bit excessive. $35 a day is a bit much and paying the $21.04 for the weekly pass through the city was almost a waste because we’d spend almost an hour trying to find somewhere to park. All in all we had a great time!

: Could see two bodies of water, rooftop is amazing. Beach 1 block away. Also maintenance staff very punctual.
