Beachfront Condo Resort - ROOFTOP POOL

  : The closeness to the Beach
  : My room was not cleaned upon my arrival and I had dirty sheets(inside of both pull out couches there was sand and hair on the sheets) the first night we had to sleep on our towels and the patio had a beer bottle and cigarettes on the ground and it needs to be pressure washed it's grimy scum build up,not a relaxing patio balcony area, at all very disappointed.it took management 24hrs before they corrected the issues and I was charged a cleaning fee and my room was not cleaned properly before I arrived .When we asked the management for new sheets when they finally got back to us ,they said they had to go out and buy some new ones,like what???? I was charged twice for my booking and the money was not returned until the day I checked out and the apartment is not a two bedroom the other bedroom doesn't have door a closet or a window, Just a Tv 32inch and a pull out couch. The blinds in the living room were broken and we couldn't open for our whole stay for sun light during the day.The staff was non existent couldn't contact anyone for anything we didn't have dish soap trash bags or a broom in our apartment and we stayed for 4nights. I had to take time out of my vacation to contact Booking.com to assist me with contacting the host because they wouldn't reply to my calls or text messages .I usually have a wonderful time in Florida every time I visit but this stay at this place was extremely disappointing. The only good quality was the apartment is close the the beach but everything else about the apartment was disappointing and you have to pay $25 resort fee per day and a 50 registration fee and 35 a day parking fee

  : That the place was a good size... and the beach was very close by.
  : Not enough towels, blankets, tiolet paper n towel paper. Pool bar was close, when they told us it should be open.. only one tv control for 3 TV's..

  : There was a variety of restaurants around this hotel. They had an amazing pool and jacuzzi. The best part of the location was the ability to walk around near by restaurants.
  : Avoid room N215 when I stayed at this room, the first noticeable thing was that the AC was off. The room was unpleasantly hot for the first night. The AC wasn't working for the first night of our stay and we had to open the balcony windows to get air inside the room.
