: Nothing.
: 1. Booking fee is NOT the final fee. There is an added administration fee, utilities cost, cleaning fee, linen costs AND a 50 euro deposit. (see photos for the attachment you will recieve AFTER you make the booking.)2. If you add up all the costs it is the same as booking an actual hotel or ANY place nicer. The hotel it's attached to actually works out to the same rate...if not cheaper.3. Not only do you have to pay for each type of linen separately, you still have to make your own bed...duvet covers and all! And unmake it before you leave. Not that it's a problem...but not really something you want to do on holiday if you can avoid it!!4. There is a cleaning fee shown as optional in the description...what it doesn't say is that if you choose to clean the place yourself you still have to pay 50% of the fee irrespective. They also give you a cleaning checklist - see photo attached 5. The apartment is being cleaned by guests...so you can imagine it is not really well cleaned. The carpet looks gross. Stayed out of the apartment as much as possible as it just didnt feel comfortable or clean :(6. Location is nice, but there are lots of places around at equally nice locations....and similar distances.7. I don't honestly understand why the can't be professional and transparent. Just include all costs at an increased price...rather than con people. Not cool.

: The only good thing about this apartment is that Hollum is a five minutes walk away.
: The property was dirty. We were overcharged. Despite repeated emails no explanation or refund was given. After booking, additional costs were added for linen, towels, electricity and cleaning. The apartment has a shaggy carpet which was filthy and totally unsuitable for a holiday rental. The advert said there was a washing machine. This was not available for guests. Instead, we had to use the apartment complex laundry room where the machines cost 5 euros a go.
