: The food was truly great. There was a surprise every meal. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very polite.
: The water from the outside pools were waaaay to cold. Even on days when the temperature was 25-30 degrees, it was not possible to get in the pools as the was was really freezing. This means you cannot use the aquapark on Lyttos Beach either as the water there is freezing cold too. We had to make use of the indoor pool which was very nice.

: Great swimming pool, perfect with families and smaller kids. The food is very good and there is a variety of options, rooms are excellent and big and the service is perfect. Staff in the bar is fast, accurate and helps perfect.

: The layout of the wet areas of the hotel are amazing. The restaurants give a good choice of fresh food
: There was no shade near the childrens play area, and because it closed at 6.00pm it was unusable. The hotel are very mean with pool towels which are meant to be kept from day to day and can only be exchanged for fresh from the hotel shop during limited hours. This is really not good enough for a supposed 5* hotel Cleaning was adequate but staff are generally not properly trained,There was no heated pool and the water was too cold
