  : Staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. Breakfast was the best, there were several options and very tasty items. Dinner menu could be better, although there were options and two restaurants, the menu could be better. The area had several restaurants by the water, local shops with made in Greece/Crete products, grocery stores and pharmacies within walking distance.
  : Beach by the hotel was too small and very rocky, got packed quickly. Need water shoes if swimming in the beach. Would not recommend the beach. The hotel next to us was noisy. Did not think the hotel was worth the price we paid.

  : The hotel ambience is really lovely. Love the warm colours and polished wood. Shout out to Michael who received us when we arrived and gave us a tour round our room. I want to particularly thank him for his professionalism and calmness in handling my dissappointment when we found out that the room given was not what I requested for. ( I requessted for a full sea view but I was allocated a corner sea view room) Our room was facing the main swimming pool which we found to be a bit noisy. However, Michael ensured that this was resolved and the next day we were moved to the junior suite with full sea view with far much discounted rate!. Shout to the Manager too (can't rem her name for making this possible) She listened to me and made things happen. Well done guys.
  : The sewage emanating from the shower room after having a shower is revolting! AKASHA HOTELS please sort this out. You can't have such a beautiful hotel with that terrible sewage smell!!!

  : Breakfast was the best meal offered by the hotel. Although there are two restaurants, the food served at dinner was not as good as I expected. Location is good if you are looking to be in the heart of activity, restaurants and shops.
  : There were little details that could have been better in the rooms. For example, the curtains had a stain on it and some of the furniture had imperfections. For a pricey hotel and 5 star facility I expected better.

  : everything was great but some of the staffs attitude wasnt the best at times
  : some of the staff lacked professionalism and empathy towards us as first time stayers at this establishment. didnt feel comfortable to let them know when something was wrong as they werent as receptive as i would have thought baring in mind its a 5 star hotel. but other than that its a lovely location and place to stay
