Esperides Resort Crete The Authentic Experience is located in the centre of the popular and traditional Koutouloufari Village just 1 km from Hersonissos. The resort is amphitheatrically built consisting of 15 buildings and 105 suites of various types and options as private hot tubs private pools sea view rooms and suites. The 4 lifts and the 2 airlifts provide comfortable access to all suites and public areas.

The resort features one main pool which is heated during specific period and an Activity Pool only for adults with hydro massage jets. Next to the Activity pool is the Kids pool. There is also a spa centre of 100m2 an outdoor gazebo of 30m2 and an open air mini gym corner.

In the most central point of the resort a guest relation team is taking care of all demands and requests of guests including excursions car/moto rental and special occasions like honeymoon anniversary and birthday- packages. Within the resort area there is one main restaurant (breakfast & dinner) one Italian a la carte Restaurant one Asian a la carte Restaurant and one traditional Restaurant the "Monastery Eatery" with Cretan cuisine a la carte restaurant.

: I will try to be realistic , I work in hospitality and I know what and how much means a review for a serious businessbeautiful resort, location, cleanliness, facilities, staff I would say 5 stars and I mean it, if you want a beautiful experience then this is what are you looking for ! But as everything in this world isnt perfectI called the resort to let them know we will be later than we expected , our flight been delayed and they been lovely arranging a airport transfer for us, we been expected even was late with a small cold buffet for dinner more than we expected; at check in the receptionist , a lovely , lovely lady Felicia had made the effort to speak with us in our native language, my wife doesnt speak English and Mrs. Felicia has been amazing , we been informed we received a upgraded room instead of room, private pool, inland view etc. , a room with private pool sea view etc. , we didnt plan on spending much time in resort we wanted to visit the island to see as much was possible from, now the let down part , the room was gorgeous , clean , bright but it was a weird smell of cleaning products and not sure what else so on our stay we kept the windows and terrace door open for fresh air otherwise we wouldnt be able to sleep there also sea view for us been actually street view and not much privacy ; on let down chapter we have got half board and if the breakfast was perfect on dinner I would say apart of cold buffet which was absolutely perfect almost everything what was hot ( stew, chicken, pork , etc)quite bland and taste less.

: - location is great close to wonderful restaurants- staff is amazing (5 star )
: - poor wifi (like really bad)- gym is super basic - our room lacked natural light. We felt like inside a bunker- room had some strange odor (probably from chemicals used to clean it. I dont like this smell, doesnt let me relax).
