  : Instead of staying at hotel Iro, we were moved/upgraded to the hotel across the street, Hotel Sergios. This is the same hotel as the people on Iro eat in and has the same owner. The room was pleasant and the location was pretty good.
  : I was on half board. This means you have to pay for drinks at dinner, which I think speaks for itself, so every night I bought drinks at the restaurant bar after bringing food to the table.Unfortunately they only have one single payment machine in the whole hotel, so if you want to pay with a card they have to go and get it in the lounge bar, which at one point took over 10 minutes and my food was then cold.So, day 6 out of 10, after coming from the beach and passing the lounge bar, I decided to save some time by buying a bottle of water in there instead of the restaurant bar.When I later brought the bottle into the restaurant, I saw the hotel manager making big eyes at the bottle but I seriously couldn't understand why.Then one of the waiters comes up to my table and demands to know if I got this bottle from the hotel. I gave him the very simple explanation but he didn't believe me and demanded to see a receipt!!! He literally shouts at me!By now everyone is looking at us, following the situation. I tell him I'm happy to pay for the bottle again and he goes to get the machine. I pay again. ButI was so humiliated! This bottle of water costs 1! In my country (Sweden) you wouldn't even be able to by water that cheap in the supermarket - and still, after 6 days of paying for drinks (water, wine, coke) they believe I woke up and decided I would try to SMUGGLE in water from some shop in order to save something like 30 cents???If anyone is trying to smuggle in drinks for free it's probably more likely to be 19-year olds bringing alcohol on a party trip and NOT a 47-year old Swedish woman, on her own, smuggling 1 water in order to save a cpl of cents!!!I didn't visit the restaurant for 3 days after that. I felt so upset I just went to my room and cried afterwards.Later I went around looking for this water in the shops and it wasn't sold in EVEN ONE SINGLE PLACE.I feel convinced they wouldn't do this to a man on hos own.

  : Great location, close to the beach and all the restaurants/bars. Friendly staff, especially Aris from the front desk. Big breakfast buffet.
  : Rooms are in a bad condition and outdated. Essential things like hair dryer and shampoo/shower gel missing. No wi-fi in the room.

  : Value of money, location that everything was very close and the beach is 200 meters to walk. Housekeeper from Ukraine was also very friendly and welcoming, everyday asked if everything is okay.

  : I have booked a half-board room and I feel satisfied with that. The room was ok, the food really delicious, congratulations to the chef and all staff.Good value for money

  : Everything was good. The room was super clean and fresh. Breakfast and dinner also were nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Also there is free parking area near by the hotel. Reception is in Sergio's Hotel.
  : There are no heavy curtains, so in the morning the light is a little bit annoying.
