  : The property is in the heart of Heraklion, not far from the airport.
  : Our stay at this place was far from ideal, primarily due to a critical problem: there was absolutely no running water. This made our stay incredibly inconvenient and uncomfortable. In addition to the water issue, the apartment's location on the upper floors with no lift was a real challenge, especially for my elderly mother and our luggage. This should have been mentioned in the description. One of the rooms had no window, and the bed was uncomfortably firm. Communication with the owner was also quite poor, leaving us feeling disappointed and unsupported. Overall, the complete lack of running water was a major and unacceptable issue that marred our entire experience.
