  : The personnel was very nice and helpful, answered all our questions, and let us leave the luggage Well located, super close to the centre The hotel has a deal with one of the parking lots nearby and you can park your car there for 8 e/ day
  : Bugs! The first day we arrived there were a lot of bugs/ flies in the room and bathroom. We got rid of them all and the next day it was the same, I think they were getting in by the bathroom ventilation (which wasn't really working for the steam at all). Extremely small bathrooms compared to a ridiculously large room. The shower was so small I had to step out of it to be able to wash my hair with my head down. No shelves, barely any hangers, claustrophobic. We wanted to report it but then found out the room in front of us had exactly the same bathroom. The room was depressive - it was on 0 level and both windows were coming to the street so we had a choice to keep the drapes closed at all times or be watched by bypassers The hotel/ room seemed old

  : Location was great, all in the proximity. Close to the public transport and to the touristic locations. Walk to the sea was just couple of minutes. Very helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay at Lena Hotel!
