  : Location was very good, easy access to the city centre The apartment is spacious with good clean bathrooms. Kitchen electrical equipment was in working order
  : The entryway light was not working or the one up the stairwell. I had to use my phone torch every time I entered the property, which is not good when a lone female is arriving or any guests for that matter. The check in time of after 4pm and check out by 11 am is not convenient and not normal. We felt our stay was intentionally kept to a minimum amount of time, which is not hospitable at all. There was no guest welcome pack of water or coffee, which is very unusual these days. The coffee machine is the old filter jug type rather than a pod system, which again is unusual these days. All small points (apart from the light which is health and safety), but I hope the feedback is relevant to the host

  : In the heart of Heraklion
  : Showers were open in the middle of the bathroom; no shower boxes were present. We booked for 5 but linen and bed sheets were only for 4 and; the apartment was at the first floor on the main plaza, very noisy till late.
