  : The location.
  : The room was disgusting. I even tried to have it cleaned and couldn't even get that done. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, and the room was just as bad. The ac in the room was making an awful noise, so I looked at it. The filter was disgusting and dust all over the outside. I took pictures of the ac. I was very disappointed.

  : The location in town and on the river was awesome! Free breakfast was a great plus as was the free parking.
  : Room 112 had some mold issues. I did not realize this until we left. I booked the room for my brother.

  : I recently stayed at this hotel, lured in by the excellent reviews across multiple sites. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. My trip began on a sour note when the front desk manager, Laurie, refused to honor my approved request for a late checkout. Despite showing her email proof confirming the late checkout at no extra charge, she chose to ignore it.Hoping this would be the only issue, I proceeded to my room, the King Room with River View - Non-Smoking, only to find several cleanliness problems. Contrary to the glowing reviews about the hotel's cleanliness, my room was anything but clean. I had to sweep sand from the floor, and the paint in the shower was peeling, revealing rust on the frame. Mold was present underneath the sink, and the floor around the toilet was visibly dirty.The microwave in the room was another issue; it was rusty, with a dirty glass front, clearly in need of replacement. Additionally, the door to our room was cracked and peeling in several areas, offering no sense of security.The glowing reviews of this hotel are highly misleading, painting a picture of a high-quality establishment, while my actual experience was quite the opposite. I have taken several pictures to document these issues and hope that future guests are not deceived as I was.

  : The location was nice. The cabin was clean and seemed to okay until electrical issued arose.
  : While at the cabin one of our guest was shocked... actually electrocuted pretty badly. After having to leave our cabin because it was deemed unsafe we were informed they had no other vacancy. We were refunded. If you stay here please be careful. We were in cabin 6. You can see the burn on the ceiling from the electrical issue. Manager hadn't even called to check on our guest. Find it to be very unprofessional esp when someone is hurt at your property. I won't stay there again. Hoping we aren't stuck with the medical bill from this incident!
