  : The waffles were the only decent think for breakfast, the juice being available at all times was a huge bonus.
  : The room was disgusting, there is black mould all over the roof in the bathroom. The shower handle to turn on the water was broken and hanging off so you had to be careful when turning water on. There was disgusting stains all over the carpets. Hairs everywhere that were not ours, all the USB’s were broken so couldn’t use them and the plugs were either broken or hanging out the wall and didn’t work. Doors to the hotels laundry facilities was wide open every day and it was nasty to look at, plus their conference room wasn’t usable and was full of trash dirty towels and laundry and was just absolutely disgusting and again the door was wide open so all guests can see. You could tell the rooms haven’t been updated in a long long time. There’s lots of information to give. It was just a terrible stay and when we spoke to the receptionist about it, she told us to contact Booking.com to get a refund because that’s what we booked through. But then come to find out that wasn’t true she just didn’t want to help us out and was kind of rude. For the price we paid for the room over $300 a night was absolutely astronomical and ridiculous for such a disgusting hotel. Being an active duty we will never stay here again and we will not recommend it to anybody who is stationed at our base which is only two hours from Helen so that’s a lot business to lose.

  : Sink did not drain well. We were on the 2nd floor; people above us were very loud, sounded like they were stomping their feet.

  : Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Refrigerator was leaking water on our goods so bad the motel had a plastic tray inside to catch the water. Bed was worn out!

  : Our room’s a/c was leaking and the floor was soaked. Bathroom had mildew in shower,on shower head and ceilings.

  : The outside entrance was cool.
  : The patio had dirty cigarette butts on it. The bathroom ceiling had spots of mold. The toilet water would run if you didn't shake the handle.I informed the staff at the front desk. They just said ok. Kinda of blowing me off.

  : this hotel was filthy ,and the light fixture blub and all fell and glass went all over the cleaning lady came in and cleaned the glass and broken bulb but nothing was said about it no one came up to fix it. it was not close enough to walk to town i had to pay the 10 dollars to park Helen Ga is a big rip off, from the old hotels to the dirty places to eat ;you charge tax on top of tax im checking into that dont think that is legal
