  : The location is great, tucked away right behind Helen with a walking path that comes up right behind Paul's Restaurant. The room was a very spacious condo with a loft bedroom, twin bed room, kitchen, living space, and balcony. It was very clean and that is very important to me.
  : There was no staff on the weekend on a very busy Oktoberfest weekend. The place looked completely abandoned and unkept. Everything is overgrown, the amenities look as if they haven't been used in a couple of years (pool, playground, slides). The place is great if they put a little more time and money into it. You can tell it was probably a very busy place at one time. We did not have a good WIFI signal though we had all credentials provided by Alpine. If you are handicap and cannot walk a lot or deal with stairs this is definitely not going to work. The drive to the room was very, very steep as well.

  : Our loft was SO cute and cozy, and very clean where it mattered! I felt it was a great value for the price, especially considering we were there for opening weekend of Oktoberfest. The view was amazing, full kitchen was a plus, and we were pleasantly surprised with out spacious it was!
  : Faucet for jacuzzi tub was sink sized, so filling the tub up enough to run the jets took literal hours, which is fine as long as you run it on time! Pool was closed for maintenance and that sucked, but not a huge deal considering we had the room with a jacuzzi.

  : Staff did a great job accommodating us as I was disable and we are in our senior years.
  : We liked it all. We could see updating was in progress. Would like to see the pool and waterside updated, cleaned, and in use so we could bring our grandchildren next time. We understand these areas have n I t been attended to for quite some time.
