  : The bedroom is just one wall away from a noisy street, I thought I was very tired after a few days travel and could had a good night sleep in the hotel, but unfortunately it didn't happen - the cars/trucks/motorcycles passing the street made me feel that I was sleeping right in the middle of the street. Some people were singing and laughing loudly until 3 AM. I can accept all other aspects, but the basic function of a hotel is to provide traveler night sleep, unfortunately it doesn't meet my basic expectation.

  : This place was in a great location and real value for money. It is worth mentioning that just prior to our trip my wife broke her ankle and this meant we couldn't get about as easily as we normally would have done in this amazing city. It is ideally placed for visiting the city though the accommodation was quite basic. The keys are obtained from the Hotel Isabella a short walk away form this apartment building and there was some great communication from the hotel including a video of the route from the ring road. Staff at the hotel were really helpful in giving directions and information. Driving in Granada is not for the feint hearted and it was a bit of an ordeal getting to the hotel. I would recommend following the video route and not your sat nav as the city centre is generally out of bounds for cars unless you are visiting a hotel or have other permission. You have to give you VRM to the hotel receptionist so the police dont come after you. Having done that you can then drive to a nearby car park with whom the hotel have an arrangement however it was full when we got there but did manage to find a car park underneath a department store close by. Again this was only a short walk to the apartment. However, I didnt go to the first car park on foot and even though it was full managed to talk to the security guy there and explained we were staying in the hotel and he did find us a space and said to bring the car back. I did that and was very glad as the hour it was in the department store car park cost over 2, a five day stay would have cost a lot more than the apartment did. So I would say even if the car park the hotel has the arrangement with is full go and speak to the attendant. So once all that was sorted we were in a comfortable, if basic, apartment in a great location in Granada, which is an amazing city. There was good wifi, TV and air-conditioning plus lift access to the upper floors.
  : Whilst there was a TV in the apartment it didnt have access to Netflix etc. This normally would not have mattered to us but as we couldn't do as much sight seeing as we would normally do as a result of my wife's broken ankle it did make a difference to us but we appreciate this would not matter to many people .

  : The location is great, the appartment in quite big. Shower water pressure good. The lady at the reception of the hotel was very nice and professional.
  : I stayed in one of those appartaments a few years ago and it was amazing so was very happy to come back. Unfortunately this time I was quite disappointed. First of all the smell of sewage in the building hall, that was just awful. The appartment had a very small bathroom with a shower on rather very small side. The doar to the bathroom would not close, the bathroon heater was not working and the toilet flush button was getting stuck after every use. The shower head holder was folling off and the towels did not smell very nice. The carpets in the appartment looked really worn off and the smell was not great too. The pictures on the website look really nice but in really all looks very tired and worn off. Such a shame as with some updates this place could be really lovely(as it used to be).
