  : The check in was so bad. We lost one hour and a half just to check in, they charged me twice and they gave it back in cash which I dont like at all. At the check in there is a machine which was blocked, we lost so much time with it and when I called to get some help there was no answer, we had to wait 15 min before they called us back and if I didnt insist the staff didnt want to come to help. The air condition was not so good. The sofa was not good at all, we couldnt easily sit on it.

  : Excellent location for all the main attractions, especially for the Alhambra which is only a very pleasant (but steep) 20 minute walk from the apartment.
  : My travels have taught me the advantages of having a human face to greet me when I check and check out. I was nervous about the automated self check in procedures before I got there having read some negative reviews and sure enough despite following the detailed instructions to the letter I could not get the key to my room. Very fortunately there was a cleaner on hand who phoned someone and the problems were resolved. Once in my apartment everything was very acceptable and I had no issue with outside noise as some had posted on here.

  : The location is ideal! Its close to everything so you can go back to the apartment for siesta. Washing machine was great.
  : The beds were single beds, not made up very well. The sheets kept come off the mattress. Also as a couple, the beds were not made as a double bed so felt youre sleeping on single beds. I also think there is an ant problem in the apartment. I could see little ants on the floor. The occasional one would crawl up your leg or arm which is not overly comfortable when youre relaxing on the couch.
