  : Location was great - in the heart of the historic center. It's a smaller, but bright apartment with ice interior (However visible that it's not the newest apartment)
  : Where to start.. First of all CHECKIN was an aboslute mess. We were instructed to provide info about our arrival time / give a heads up 40 minutes prior to our arrival. No problem for us - we provided an approx. arrival time one day earlier + texted more than 1hour in advance about our arrival. And still we waited 1 hour (!) in the cold in order to get into the apartment. It seemed to be a stressful day for the lady who checked us in, but it was really bad because we either got the information she will be there shortly / just a few more minutes or didn't get any reply so I called her (at one point I even started thinking it might be a scam and there is no real apartment). If she would just have told us "Sorry, it will take one hour" we would have looked for a nice caf to wait instead of waiting in the cold. Also there was no communication between the staff since we had to communicate everyhting twice (once to a person via whatsapp and then with the check-in lady). Our checkin itself took about 3 minutes, maybe also because her englisch was really bad. The aparment was not super clean, but still ok. The couch was dirty / stained so we put a blanket on it and the soap in the bathroom was empty, but there was still the shampoo from the prior visitor. There was a really bad smell out of the sink in the kitchen. Also good to know: They charge you a 300 deposit in advance which is not stated at all here on booking.

  : Excellent location, everything is within easy walking distance and not too noisy
  : The bathroom door. Its a sliding door and came right off the runners the first time we used it. The shower is quite small but fine for a short stay.

  : The lift started from one floor up so I had to carry my bags up. But other than that it was perfect.

  : Localization and heating are perfect. Apartment very central in a pedestrian area. Near lots of shops, supermarket and restaurants. The cathedral and all the other touristic places are in a walking distance. Beds are very confortable. Kitchen complete with all you need. There is elevator, but starting from the fist floor.
  : Sofa needs maintenance, looks a little old. Even If you don't need to use it as a bed, the sofa opens a little by itself. The bathroom is very small. Nearest parking is a little far, but if you say the name of the booking apartment you can get a discount.

  : - Location is great. - The host is very nice.
  : - Bed covers are not that clean. - Isolation is alittle bit bad, kind of noisy . - Bathroom door is not practical, specially when rent it for friends ( not family), there is no lock, and it is not completely closed.

  : The location is unmatched, completely in the middle of the city's downtown. We had a person meet us and walk us through the process of checking in. The apartment was cozy and was perfect for 3 people. The sound insulation was great, despite the busy streets we were always able to get a nice rest.
  : There was a strange smell in the room, I believe it originated in the AC unit. The room, although cozy, got a little cramped with the sofa in the extended position. Not the property's fault, but it is very difficult to get parking in the area, especially since most in the center are paid, and very expensive at that.

  : Clean apartment which has almost everything you need. Great location.
  : The bathroom is small, with limited space to store personal belongings and clothes. It would be more convenient if there was a lock on the bathroom door.
