  : The location is outstanding! The room was beautiful and very comfortable.
  : Using the washing machine was a bit of a pain because you have to ask for the room to be unlocked each time. The extra 100 deposit for damages was a surprise. The shower had terrible water pressure. The other big complaint was the sheer number of messages in booking, emails, and WhatsApp messages. There was way too much information sent to us months and weeks before our stay. And the link for pre-check in was not mobile friendly.

  : It was in a fabulous location and I felt safe. The staff were very helpful, and it felt like a very local experience.
  : The wifi was very patchy. Grenada in July is very hot! So there is a trade off between street noise and noisy aircon at night.

  : Pros: The location could not be more central. Easily walking distance from practically everything. And walking around the neighborhood in the evenings, street musicians playing guitar off the acoustics of ancient walls, so atmospheric. The style is very much like a room in grandma's house, but bigger. Despite everything being old and authentic, it was well maintained and clean. Which fits pretty well with the vibe of Granada. Elevator was nice to have.
  : Cons: Those street singers are great, but if you are trying to sleep, not so great. This place would benefit from double paned windows on the lower floors to keep out the sound of drunk singing at 2am. Did have a little trouble checking in, because was given the wrong box number for the keys. There was a cleaning lady to ask, but no English spoken so it got a little tricky. Didn't take too long to figure out though. There are apparently clothes washing machines on site, but they are hidden and I never spotted one until I was leaving. It would be better if you were shown them on check in (or told where they are). TV is super tiny and not internet connected. Wifi never worked in my room (though it did in my cousin's).

  : An excellent location and a very spacious and comfortable apartment. The apartment has an excellent view over the square and there are many restaurants and cafes underneath. There is a washing machine in the building which is very useful.

  : Rules about using washing machine and deposit to use and any breakages etc etc. Rules about not getting make up on towels. Felt like we were irresponsible school children
