  : My first room when I walked in had been freshly ‘cleaned’ but this seemed to have been fresh bleach water slopped around the floor. There was dirt and grime at the edges of the room and bed and a puddle of bleach by the wall. The bathroom had stains and dirt around the walls and fittings and hair on the floor. Even worse when I went to pull the bedsheet back these had not been changed (new pillow cases only) and there was dirt and pubic hair in the bed. Disgusting. When I went back to complain and ask for another room this was given without question (did they know it had not been appropriately cleaned?) and the second room was still grime covered but at least had clean sheets and no water on the floor.

  : Well lit parking, convenient to interstate, rooms have had some upgrades— laminate flooring, checkin time is earlier than any other hotel in the area.
