  : Very new Hotel with new staff and still even under the Covid situation everything was handle wellThe F&B Manager Lambros was always very helpful with very kind approach. The Restaurant next to the beach was serving excellent starters like Risotto , Steamed Mussels and our main dish the Lobster Spaghetti was just amazing.
  : The Spa facilities was not the best but the Cretan Massage was very good.

  : The room was nice
  : Inexperiente staff. Boring and repetitive food. Pool isnt deep enough (around 1m). Sometimes the water in the pool was too warm. Useless spaces (like the thing in the middle of the pool). Hotel activities are more like you can find in a low cost hotel and sometimes too loud. Beach is not impressive at all and the lack of sand is also a bit annoying.

  : Breakfast was lovely. Bar staff were lovely.
  : The evening meals were poor and cold. The shower in the spa, did not work and was broken, so using it for once you had checked out, was a waste of time. The door to the fridge and safe needs a handle. The fridge could only fit 1 bottle of water in it. Having to pay for the canopy beds was unacceptable. Charging 4 euros for a bottle of water was excessive, when you could buy it from town for 40 cents. Not having the option to swap an evening meal for a lunch, so you could go into town should be.

  : The hotel was new, clean and very comfortable. We had a seaview room with a balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly those on reception, Friada and Heleanma and Stella, the sommelier, was excellent and gave us very knowledgeable advice on the choice of wines. The food was good, both in the buffet and the a la carte restaurant. The loungers around the pool and on the beach were plentiful and comfortable to sit on. The pool is large but not great for swimming because of the design, but brilliant for cooling off. The hotel has direct access to a very small beach but the sea was quite rough most of the time we were there.
  : The rooms are described as cosy....and they are.....(well the one we had, which was Room 109)..there was no full length mirror or anywhere to hang the towels in the bathroom, apart from in the shower. The hotel facilities were restricted by Covid, so we had to queue for the buffet and be helped to food by staff.....but they did their best under the circumstances.
