  : Absolutely fantastic Hotel and Staff were exceptionally friendly the food was plentiful and very tasty. The restaurant staff were excellent, but the pool bar staff were outstanding
  : Not the greatest beach, but the pool area and the rest of the area around the hotel was exceptional.

  : This place was really nice, with a beautiful view of the seaside. The hotel itself is very aesthetic, and the interior is stunning. Breakfast and dinner offered a variety of delicious foods. The staff were nice and welcoming.
  : However, the only thing that disappointed me was the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, the floor had crumbs, and even the bedding was stained.Additionally, we had a jacuzzi, and it was clear that they either don't change the water or don't clean it, as there was something floating in the water from the first day and the walls of the jacuzzi were green. Moreover, they do not clean the outdoor terrace.

  : It was in a remote area, the ocean was clear and clean. Overall its peaceful. Lovely staff in specifically the hotel.
  : Unfortunately I booked La Mer as its a hotel spa, but the hotel and spa are separate entities run in very different ways. The hotel staff are lovely and the hotel is good. The spa, however, is not. So if you want to book a hotel spa I wouldnt recommend booking here. If you want a peaceful hotel then its great, but dont bother with the Spa. I ended up booking another spa hotel during my stay to receive a spa experience which is what I personally wanted from my stay. To give further context, the spa cost me double the UK London prices (which is highly unusual as London prices are some of the most expensive). No robe was offered, no slippers, and no soap in the shower before the treatment and no tea after treatment.The treatment apparently could only be 20mins (even when I asked for longer, the manager replied no). And I clearly asked for hands feet and head, which I reminded the manager of when she said hands and head (I said and feet). This was all written in my email too. I got what felt like a 15 min foot rub for an extortionate price.I asked what happened to the rest and she said thats what I asked for. I was then left to relax! With no tea, no after care and instead a iPad with feedback form for reviews stuffed into my hand. I batted it away as I couldnt believe the lack of service and care.Watching the process, the manager of the spa every morning waits to catch sales outside the breakfast area. Then she walks around the beach trying to get more buyers. Its all about the sales, not service. If she had treated me well I would have gone every day! But instead its locking the sale and doing the bare minimum for the massage to make it to the next sale. Really short sighted and almost ruined my holiday.Management of the hotel offered me a drink to make up for the experience which I gladly accepted. I booked the next night at another hotel and barely stayed in La Mer after that experience.The hotel was good, the spa is not.
