  : + very friendly and helpful owner + good equipped apt. - dishwasher, 2 toasters, MW, washing machine, oven, large freezer as a part of the refrigerator, TV set, large sofa + balcony, sea view + very nice swimming pool with night lights, 24/7 accessible, with full view of the ocean, lush tropic vegetation around (we saw other pools in more luxury hotels, this has one of the best views and one of the bests surroundings) + good venue - next to a large shopping centre (supermarket, CnA, HM, sport, fast foods, shoe repair etc), parking free at the shopping center + cool apartment - in tropic weathers, the sun doesnt overheat it + two extra beds in the living room really extra beds, not some fold-out couch + the living room is separated from the kitchen by a bar with a large counter - very handy
  : Coolness the sun almost never touches the balcony / the apt. (for about an hour in the afternoon), not good for sun lovers and sunbathing-on-the-balcony lovers side sea view, you do see the sea, but just a large slice of it Little noisy under the balcony some maintenance entrances (dumpster car comes regulary in the night / in the morning, makes loud noises, someone washes his car or the waste bins), but maybe if you have closed windows/balcony doors, you dont hear it

  : I liked the location as it was very central to everything we needed. The bus was directly outside the apartment and shopping centre across the street. There was also a car hire across the road.
  : My only criticism would be that air conditioning would have made it more pleasant as it was extremely humid for a few days and difficult to sleep. The apartment did have a fan which helped but not at night.

  : Good location, comfortable parking, nice swimming pool area, close to shopping center. The flat is very spacious. Cleaning service included 1/week, so it's nice for longer stays. The owner provided us with a monitor because we were working remotely from this flat. Good WiFi, big TV. Good contact with the host. Pictures should be updated, because the couch is different (much bigger and very comfortable) and there are no carpets and coffee table.
  : Some equipment in the flat should be replaced or repaired, e.g. scratched pans, light on the balcony is not working, light switch in the bedroom and balcony are broken. Also on our arrival the host was late and she didn't explain us some stuff and we had to ask later via messages.

  : Good size apartment with good layout. Great bathroom and good kitchen. In a lovely area that we know well. Fernando was a good host and when called out as we left keys in apartment, was there in 20 minutes.
  : A few small details, some of which were mentioned in previous reviews. Curtains are too long in living room and drag on the floor. Curtain rail fell off and had to be put back up. Balcony-lots of patches on the walls which are not great to look at. Balcony light not working. Microwave in kitchen has some bare metal at the front.

  : I dont think we received what had been advertised. Cleanliness was sketchy. Beds and bedding were marginal. Not particularly quiet.
