  : The food, location, cleanliness, WiFi, spa resort, the public places, free parking for the hotel guests and the wiev from the balconies and above all the garden were beautiful. These things were excellent.
  : There were few things that I didn't like but the above mentioned conditions compensated it.

  : Very good location next to the Promenade. Big room and nice garden with Pool. Breakfast and dinner okay but a lot of repetition. Lovely staff, always able to help!

  : First room we booked online wasn't what we were expecting. Luckily we managed to upgrade to the master suite and this was something to remember. Fabulous views and very clean and comfortable beds.
  : First family room we stayed in. Pillow cases had brown marks around. Bed where two single beds next to each other and very uncomfortable mattresses.

  : I had excellent help in booking a few events / tours through reception. The partnerships with these tours (levadas and dolphin watching) were very well organized.
  : Being charged extra for water at meals. That should be a staple item. The pools were too cold and not comfortable for swimming.

  : I had a very beautiful room with amazing views of the ocean and garden. It was very convenient that from the backyard of the hotel there is access to a path along the ocean, where you can run or just walk. There is a beautiful beach nearby. Relaxing near the pool is also very convenient; next to it there is a garden and grass on which you can place your sun lounger overlooking the ocean. Excellent access 5 minutes walk to Forum shopping center.
  : At first they gave me a very strange room overlooking the backyard, the exit from the underground parking and the road on the ground floor, for some reason with a kitchen, and the room did not look like a guest room, but rather like a staff room. This was not what I booked. But at my request, they quickly changed my room and I was very pleased. I want to say thank you for that. The hotel is a little old and if they could renovate it soon, it would be great. But, it should be noted that only the public areas of the hotel look old, and the rooms are in excellent condition and very well equipped. The air conditioning also worked great.
